Latino Educator and Administrator Development Program
How to Apply
The response to this year's Latino Educator and Administrator Development Program (LEAD) has been incredibly strong!
We are grateful for the number of educators who are seeking to grow as leaders in service of Latino students and their communities. At this time, the upcoming LEAD cohort is full.
While the application window has closed, we have created a waiting list for those who remain interested. If space becomes available, we will reach out to individuals on the waiting list in the order responses are received.
If you have any questions in, please contact Jocelyn Smith (jsmith89@nd.edu).
Who We Look For
Since its beginning in 2020, LEAD has grown every year. From 16 participants in Cohort 1 to 45 participants in Cohort 5, one thing that has not changed is that LEAD fellows are passionate, faith-filled educators who are committed to improving educational opportunities for children in Catholic schools.
LEAD is open to all, and ideal candidates for LEAD possess a strong desire to grow professionally and to strengthen their leadership skills. They are eager to learn more about Latino students in Catholic schools and the educators who work with them. Additionally, ideal candidates are committed to Catholic education and exhibit a desire to continue growing in their faith.
