The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic who joyfully lives and models the faith, bringing a deep commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Saint Hilary School. This leader will be an experienced academic administrator with strong skills in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. A relational and collaborative communicator, the next Principal will inspire trust, build community, and partner closely with the Pastor and Parish. The Principal will bring to bear the school’s Christian Code of Conduct for all members of the Saint Hilary community.
With sound judgment, strategic thinking, and operational expertise, the ideal candidate will ensure that Saint Hilary School continues to thrive, spiritually, academically, and institutionally, while cultivating a safe, nurturing environment rooted in Gospel values.
