Holy Trinity was founded by the Brothers of Holy Cross in 1910 and has successfully served students and their families ever since. As a Catholic School, Holy Trinity is faith based and mission driven. It provides a strong academic program for its students, along with a robust emphasis on service and character development.
With the guidance and leadership of its Board of Trustees, Holy Trinity raises over 1M dollars annually via its Gala, and it recently completed an 8.1M dollar capital campaign. The School is perceived to be a ‘hidden gem’ among Chicago Catholic Schools.
The next Principal will help shape the School’s academic vision for the present and future and will be asked to lead, guide and support a dedicated faculty. The successful candidate will also nurture the holistic formation of students and continue to foster an inclusive, mission-driven community.
Holy Trinity seeks an energetic, academically astute, and relationally oriented leader for this important position. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience, preferably in a Catholic school, a Master’s degree in education or a related field, and a genuine passion for helping high school students become their ‘best selves.’ The Principal should be an inspiring communicator, collaborative mentor, and visible presence within the life of the School.
