The Dean of Spiritual Life & Campus Ministry at Brother Rice High School is a full-time, 12-month leadership position responsible for advancing the school’s Catholic mission and fostering the spiritual, moral, and faith development of its students. Reporting to the Head of School/President, the Dean provides strategic oversight of campus ministry, retreats, liturgical life, service and social justice initiatives, and serves as chair of the Theology Department. This role ensures that Catholic values and Gospel teachings are fully integrated into all aspects of school life while creating meaningful opportunities for students, faculty, families, alumni, and the broader community to engage in faith formation. The Dean leads campus ministry programs, supervises staff and student leaders, and develops experiences that promote spiritual growth, leadership, and a sense of belonging. In collaboration with other school leaders, the position supports the holistic formation of young men—spiritually, intellectually, and socially—while strengthening a vibrant culture of prayer, service, and discipleship across the Brother Rice community.
