Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School, in Sandy Springs, GA, seeks a Business Manager to oversee financial, accounting, payroll, and business operations in support of the school’s mission and philosophy. Responsibilities include: student billing and collections; financial aid review using FACTS; AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processing; bank and balance sheet reconciliations; monthly financial statements; budget participation and monitoring; payroll and benefits coordination; employee onboarding and compliance; audit support; database maintenance; and collaboration with administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and the Chancery. Experience with internal controls required. This is a full-time, 12-month position that includes benefits. Accounting or finance experience is required. Qualifications should include strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with ParishSoft Accounting and/or Sage INTACCT preferred.
