Assistant Principal

St. Ann School is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Assistant Principal to partner closely with the principal in leading a vibrant PK–8 community. This role calls for a flexible, solutions-oriented leader who brings both an instructional and operational lens to the work, serving as an instructional coach for teachers, a supportive presence in student behavior and culture, and a dependable problem-solver for the day-to-day needs of the school. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong relationships with staff, students, and families, and is committed to meeting the needs of all learners—particularly in a community where 20% of students are diverse learners and 50% are multilingual.
