Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining and growing student enrollment at all St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System campuses. This position will proactively recruit new students and promote the retention of current families. In addition, the position will develop relationships with area businesses, faculty and staff, parishes and current families to generate referrals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Embrace the mission and vision of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System and the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and work in accordance with Catholic social teachings and the moral and ethical values of the Catholic Church.
Directly recruit new families to Xavier by nurturing lead flow and follow up from initial contact through enrollment. Acts as primary contact for interested families and students.
Build relationships with parents of prospective students and help them gain an understanding of each of our schools and the benefits they have to offer i.e Songs, Stories & Fun, Preview Nights etc.
Manages SalesForce customer relationship database and reports for staff. Update VP of Admissions on customer outreach and follow up.
Manages PowerSchool (SIS) data as well as online enrollment process to ensure data integrity and reporting for multiple stakeholders i.e. Dir. of Learning, principals and campus staff, finance, etc.
Work toward increasing visibility and positive connections between Xavier schools and our Catholic parishes.
Plan, market and track attendance at Xavier recruitment events at each of our schools.
Plan and attend community events promoting our Xavier schools in the community i.e. Fox Cities Kidz Expo
Understand and support our prospective families through the scholarship and financial aid opportunities and processes to encourage enrollment for all
