Saint Joseph School (SJS) is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to begin March 1, 2026.

The administrative assistant will be the first point of contact at the school for students in grades kindergarten to six. This exciting opportunity is the perfect match for someone energetic who is looking to improve his/her current skills in communications, technology and much more.

Job Type: Salary
Salary: $35,000 to $42,000

Essential responsibilities:
Providing front-desk reception services and administrative services, including office
management, answering phones, speaking with clients, assisting administrators and other employees, clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), and a variety of other tasks
Completing special projects assigned by the administration
Answering and generating communications concerning the school
Providing information concerning school policies, procedures, actions, activities and schedules as appropriate; and maintaining the school calendar
Managing all purchases, including generating purchase orders

Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft, Google, other software
Highly organized and able to handle many tasks at once
Experience with customer service

Work schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with 30 minutes for lunch
