If you want people to feel like they belong, they don't just need a seat at the table, they need to know that their voice is valued and heard. That I think is where the advocates for justice value comes in. To help the space be one of belonging for everyone, you have to fight a lot harder for those who have been marginalized previously. My name is Morgan Lamrouex. I am an assistant principal at Catholic Central High School in the Diocese of Grand Rapids.
